Warranty Terms Do Not Apply to the Following Conditions
- Products have been repaired by unauthorized service center or technician.
- If the warranty seal is broken / tampered or shows evidence of tampering.
- Defects or damaged caused by natural disaster such as flood, lighting, accident, fire or voltage instability.
- Defects or damaged caused by failure to follow the instructions contained in the user manual such as, but not limited to:

- If the unit is caused by animal and insects found inside the unit.
- If the unit is accidentally scratched upon opening and accidentally dropped or broke during set-up, wall mounting and installation.
- Accessories such as remote, batteries, connecting cables, adapters, etc.
Return Policy
Return must be within 7 days upon date of purchase. The buyer is accountable to inspect the item and report its defect/damage right away to claim the guarantee. Therefore, if the buyer didn't check the item and file his/her complaint beyond the guarantee, he/she cannot return the item.
